After the lake Ounasjärvi has opened up from the ice cover, it was time to get the wooden boat ready for rowing. One of the first tasks in spring is thus to apply a new layer of tar.

...as of 28th of May. That's when the last ice floats floated away. The boat has been painted and tarred and I am ready to start rowing on Sun the 1st of June. Here we come, summerlake. See you there.
